BH Southern Properties

BH Southern Properties Management Company offers a wide range of housing needs for residents from many different walks of life. We accept individuals that may have experienced unfortunate or unforeseen circumstances ranging from bankruptcies, evictions (at least 12 months old), poor credit, broken leases, individuals that have a criminal background (case by case scenarios depending on crime type, severity and how much time has passed since the charges.) We will be accepting Georgia Housing Vouchers soon ranging from Social Security Benefits, Veteran Benefits and Section 8.

BH Southern Properties has a 2/1 unit, 1002 square ft. coming available June 2024.  This unit is a duplex in the Conyers zip code of 30013. Rent for this unit is $1450.00 & deposit of $1450.00. Tenants are responsible for setting up Utilities (trash, water, electricity) and we don't accept pets at this time. Open House will be scheduled closer to this date. To apply: please visit, Rental Application page where you will complete a small questionnaire and non-refundable $65 application fee per adult. You will also be sent an email requesting additional screening information (credit/background/income etc.) Applications will not be reviewed until open house is complete and the best candidate will be selected. This is a great home for a small family.

Income Requirements: Must Net (after taxes) 2.5x the rent amount within a given month.

Credit Requirements: 600+ (Lower credit scores are subject to $50 higher rent fee).

Criminal Background: Situations may vary depending on severity of crime and date of charges.  (Those with criminal records are subject to $50 higher rent fee).

Bankruptcies/Settlements/Judgements: Situations may vary depending on the date of the incident and credit score/history. (These situations are subject to $50 higher rent fee).


The Process

What to expect during the process. Applicant applies for available properties by completing the Rental Questionnaire, submitting a complete application, along with background and credit screening.

We will get back to applicants to request any additional information necessary. 

The security deposit is required to hold the property (will no longer show). The rent payment is required to be paid before move in date (up to 5 days before lease signing).

Lease Agreements are 12 month periods and payments are due the 5th of each month as outlined in leasing agreement.
